Under the guidance of Shangri-la Sports Club Manager, monitor all operation departments strategical operation and perform daily procedure as per departmental SOPs complying with Shangri-La group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in making  strategic yearly sales plan on how to increase revenue.
• Maintain established quality standards in all Shangri-La Sports Club areas through active participation in the services.
• Communicate with co-workers, management, vendors, members, customers, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
• Organize all activities happening at Shangri-La Sports Club and those already ongoing. Actively participating into the upselling, recommendations and promotions of these activities to members.
• Ensure and control revenue charging and appropriation on daily basis and prepare the report.
• Cooperate to other departments in developing and implementing effective customer service strategies to increase customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields related to business administration and hospitality.
• Good knowledge of English language both oral and written.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Local candidates only.
• Gym knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
• Sales background and experience would be an advantage.
• Good body built.
