• Provide full range of secretarial and business support to the CEO
• Manage CEO’s calendar and arrange for meetings & appointments, coordinate all necessary business & personal travel logistics
• Handle and manage various confidential correspondences, both incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls, organize and maintain filing system and storage of confidential documents
• Draft and prepare letter, memo, report, PowerPoint presentation, etc.
• Prepare materials for board meetings and liaise with/support the board of
• Liaise with other overseas group companies for all the necessary arrangement
• Be able to assist and oversee various business level documentation including management reports and analysis
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Ажлын байранд тавигдах шаардлага

• MBA in Business Management, Economics, Finance or related field
• At least 2 years experience providing support at the executive level
• Excellent command in spoken and written English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature, proactive, well organized and details-oriented
• Experience in interfacing with overseas and mainland counterparts will be an advantage
• Hands-on experience in MS Office (MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Systematic and well planned with deadlines and work well under multi-priorities
• Immediate available is highly preferred
