We are seeking a candidate for the position of Expediting Coordinator based in UB at the Parts Department.

This position is responsible for the coordination of all customer parts orders to ensure internal and external customer parts delivery in cooperation with logistics and warehousing.

The main responsibilities:

• Follows up on the placement of the order to the Suppliers
• Ensures the stock and emergency orders are placed to the vendor and dispatched on time from the vendors
• Continuously checks the status of emergency and stock orders daily and updates customer
• Analyse DIFOT score monthly

• 2-5 years parts and procurement experience preferred.
• Exposure to off highway heavy mining equipment would be an advantage.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skill
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and/ or as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
• Detail oriented.
