• Lead or assist in the implementation of ERP systems, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and training.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates, patches, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of the ERP system.
• Lead and attend monthly Corporate eXtend meeting.
• Collecting report, log and incident and maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP system configurations.
• Support helpdesks eXtend users and user guides for future reference and training purposes.
• Identify and resolve ERP system-related issues promptly to minimize business disruptions.
• Collaborate with corporate eXtend teams or vendors to resolve complex problems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding ERP system functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting of issues.
• Coordinate and/or perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
• Monitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by management team.

Professional:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) are desirable.
• Written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Advance level of English knowledge is preferred.
• Disciplined, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent professional verbal, and written communication skills to resolve issues.
• A customer-oriented approach to working with the business community (users), while resolving issues that prevent or delay the users from completing their tasks.
• Good time and workload management skills and ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of the business cycles of a dealership, as well as general knowledge of the ERP functionality and common business processes and policies.
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Preferably working with a specific ERP software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, functionalities, and integration points.
• Skilled in ERP system customization, configuration, and data management.

Technical:

• Microsoft Power Platform (Certification & experience will be advantage)
• PC and laptop, hardware, and software
• Experience with Microsoft product (Microsoft Office, Teams etc.,)
• Windows Operating System
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic utilities
• Web browser support
• ERP system knowledge
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
